Are you from St. Louis and having a hard time deciding where to take your engagement photos?? If so, this blog is for you!  I want to start this by saying there are SO many beautiful locations in and around St. Louis for engagement photos! It makes it so easy to find a spot that fits each couples style or personality. It also allows for variety among your gallery! I promise you can definitely find what you’re looking for – whether that’s an open grassy field, a beautiful city vibe, or even a little bit of both! So let’s dive in! Here are six of my favorite locations for St. Louis engagement photos!

1. St. Louis Public Library

This location is perfect if you are wanting more architecture in your images. It is classy and so beautiful!

2. Forest Park

If you live in St. Louis, you know exactly where Forest Park is! There is no shortage of great photo locations within this big park!  It is one of my favorite spots to capture an amazing sunset.

3. World’s Fair Pavilion

This spot is actually in Forest Park, but I love it so much it gets a number all its own! The architecture here is so beautiful and it is perfect for sunsets!

4. Busch Wildlife Conservation Area

This park is perfect for the couple who loves adventures! There is everything from a pine trail full of tall trees, lakes surrounded by gorgeous trees, and open fields full of tall wispy grasses and wild flowers! The pine trail at Busch Wildlife almost makes it feel like you’re in the pacific northwest!

5. Laclede’s Landing

This urban location is great for capturing city views! You can go down by the river and see the beautiful bridge or even find a perfect spot to have the St. Louis skyscrapers in the back of your images! We can even see the arch from this location! Perfect for any couple who wants to represent the city they fell in love in!

6. Lafayette Square Park

This little park is seriously one of the most versatile parks within a small area. There are tons of big beautiful trees, a black iron bridge, stone pathway, and not to mention it is surrounded by some gorgeous houses! What’s even better is all these spots are within walking distance of each other!

There are so many more locations that I could rave about! St. Louis is one of those cities where there is no shortage of beautiful spots!! I hope you found this helpful and I hope that you find the perfect location for your St. Louis engagement photos!
