I had the BEST time with Bryan and Kathryn taking their engagement photos at the St. Louis Public Library and Lafayette Square! These two spots always make for beautiful backdrops for portrait sessions! Bryan and Kathryn’s chose these locations for their engagement session so I knew it was about to be good!! 

Turns out that sometimes you go to high school with your person, without even knowing it. Then years later you run into each other, reconnect, and next thing you know you’re saying yes to a proposal and planning to spend the rest of your life with your person! Kathryn and Bryan have such a sweet story and they had an even better engagement session on a perfect night at the St. Louis Public Library. Funny story – I also went to high school with Kathryn so when she reached out to me about her engagement photos, I was pumped!!  I used to get really nervous to photography people that I knew back in high school, but now I find that those sessions are so much fun!!

The first spot we stopped at was the St. Louis Public Library.  The stone and architecture there is just beautiful especially paired with the amazing dressy outfits that they chose! Next we popped over to Lafayette Square and caught the beautiful fall colors!! 

I am so glad that I got to spend time with these two and I am absolutely obsessed with their photos! They are beautiful and kind and I’m pretty sure we spent the whole session laughing! Here are just a few of my favorites from their session! Enjoy!
